He came off as the type of person who is both very insecure but also thinks he's a lot smarter than he is, likely takes credit for other people's work and doesn't really give a shit about anyone else. Rewatching Schitt’s Creek and enjoying how high strung and snooty his character is. Even if he wrote a version of himself (as some of you seem to be alleging), it’s still funny to me.

One thing I will say, though, is that his fashion shtick is black and white clothing, but so is Moira’s, which makes the fashions a little too redundant. One of them should’ve had a different fashion sense.
