I hardly noticed the house itself because I was stunned by the wall colors.

It’s being used as an Airbnb. It’s supposed to be a theme house made up to look like Monica’s apartment. Actually it’s pretty clever and nicely done. As a theme rental it’s ok, to live there, as a home? I’d want 10K off whatever it’s actually worth to cover redecorating. Also, I know these type of houses, there’s a ton of problems, bad insulation, questionable wiring, foundation issuer, utility connections. Whoeve buys this must get a home warranty policy and only after a complete inspection by an engineer-you need to know what you are getting.

It's currently being rented out as an Airbnb, so I guess that's why the gross saturated color in every room... to make it "pop."

It's nice for an AirBNB. But then again I thought DL had decided it hates Air BnBs.

Look at the Streetview. It's one of those neat, tidy working-class neighborhoods that would be darling if, like, 2000 gay men moved in. It's a Midwest Wilton Manors without all the gays.

I feel like that level of color intensity over time would have damaging psychological effects. Or maybe radiation poisoning.

I like that its not greige, off white, light gray, or any of the other done to death neutrals.

I dont know if those colours are what I would go with personally but I respect and applaud the boldness, at least they have stepped right outside the dull and the mundane. They have made what otherwise would be a dreary little box at least interesting - hey, we're all looking at it arent we?

The racing car bed though would need to go along with some of the other stuff, but I'll take this over gray walls with white shiplap

Someone sure likes the color purple. And the race car bed and the one with the big headboard are so bizarre. One bed and maybe a side table and nothing else? Creepy. I mean, even if you have to stage this monstrosity, you could at least use neutral bedspreads and bed linens.

The purple bathroom with the chequered floor makes me feel sick but I can tolerate the rest of the house.

R43 It is a destination Airbnb for fans of Friends, albeit a modest one. I am sure there are plenty of Gen X women in that area who want to have slumber parties here, etc.

The real deal is in Florida - this Airbnb is far more like the Friends set.

I live in the Dayton area and cannot understand why anyone would want to stay in an AIRbnb in that area. It has popped up on local social media and women seem to love it.

Before I saw the pictures, I thought the only object painted purple was the entrance DOOR. But no, they continued that color scheme inside the house--I'll keep it short, it's bad.
