In my 2nd post, I assumed that I had somehow inadvertently failed to include the grandson's 1st name. By my 3rd post, I had realized the problem was not of my own making. Gremlins were at work here preventing the inclusion of the child's 1st name, E_d_w_i_n, the name of Caroline's husband.

OTOH, I learned on DL that in some parts of the country a pink button down shirt is considered gay rather than preppy/unremarkable

I love my pink shirts, YMF. But BB isn't making them the way I like any longer. They have a new one, but it doesn't come in neck/sleeve sizes, just S-XXL. I'm tempted to buy one, but IDK. I hate disappointments that have to be returned in the mail.

Caroline's looks are often unfairly derided in these pages. She's got terrific bone structure.

Caroline had orthodontics at one point. President Kennedy, who also had orthodontics, did not have perfectly aligned front teeth either. JBKO, who also had orthodontics, also had a crooked front tooth.
