He sounds British to me, perfectly fine, the English accent makes me smile. He looks good enough to eat. I've heard unflattering reports of his humorless mouthy biases, but I liked him as Superman, he's still goodlooking, as a nice rockin body, meaty pecs and alluring hairy chest. it's relatively common among certain accents.

Most of DL wouldn't want to claim nascar drivers... or more particularly, the common states they're from but there's a lot of fluctation in vocal tonality.. common amoung the southern states masculine voices start out deep and end on melodic high note. . .

similarly, among many North American tribes.. the men speak with higher more melodic pitch and the women remain neutral, flat, unemotive... in norming speaking.

For the UK, it varies by county -- but like the rest of the world, much of the traditional accents are being lost to mainstreaming and pop culture. It's all quite variable by local histories.

If we wanted to guess here, it sounds a bit scot influenced...

in layman's, tho, rather than tonal quality, those of outside, are trained to focus mostly focus on low and high styles of speaking... where posh is generally more poof and working or lower class is more gutteral, harsh, crude. Like why speaking with any enunciation often sounds "white" to people here. Too perfect but archaic and people are convinced they've got an indian telemarketer on hand.

jury is still largely out on genetic components, too, though some physical attributes play into this.. and significantly more than the development of ones' testicles or t-levels for oral play.
