Christopher Street thread from a couple of years ago

Hey fellas.

I just found this thread (linked below) on here, and have been reading it and there is some really interesting stuff in there. The only thing is that the OP has been greyed out so I can't see the original photo everyone is talking about, and I'd really like to. Is anyone here able to find/identify the photo for me? I figure as it was only a fairly recent thread that someone may know of it?

Thanks in advance!

Also for those who haven't already seen it, I came across this video of Christopher St in the 1970s that you boys may be interested in:

I think this is the specific photo described. (Leonard Fink, 1978)

Here's what you do...

Enter "Christopher Street NYC 1978" into Google or any other decent search engine. Click on "images", and archived page of " thread/26574474-christopher-street.-nyc ... datalounge.com" will come up in search results.

Sadly however clicking on link will bring you back to DL where image no longer is up, but at least you've seen what you were seeking.

IIRC that image and others were part of work by Leonard Fink who went around taking pictures in 1970's of Christopher and West street action along with outside and inside the piers.

Looks like the version posted on that old DL was colorized; weird.

More of Mr. Fink's work.

Truly is amazing how much West Street/piers/Christopher Street changed in space of 50 or so years.
