I know a lot of them now as adults. Every single one has expressed how bitter they are about the way they were raised. One told me: "we were nothing more than livestock."

That was a generation when the Catholic Church could still bully women into having endless children. Choosing to produce seven children voluntarily certainly is a sign of deep mental illness.
