Bizarre that he felt the need to get a chin implant in his mid 40s.

He got too much work done while too young. Your face changes as you age, and you just cannot predict these changes. When older, you try to fix the changes time brings. He will regret doing so much work too soon. I really don't understand him - he was never a bad looking guy.

He apparently got a chin implant early in his career. I doubt he get yet another one now.

Likely just botox and fillers.

I watch a plastic surgeon on Youtube named Dr. Amir Karam. He does and sell deep facelifts - newer techniques of the old classic facelift. He makes so many good demonstration with photos of celebs and nobodies, about how bad fillers are. They can't and don't fix the sag. He says lift what you got, lift it well and you look refreshed. Do the neck too. Maybe tiny bit of filler but more lift and remove is the way to go.

Filler face looks just like what it is. Face filled with something. It could be filler. It could be pus just as much.. It could be bloat. It never looks nice. Like the mature person is sick, really.

I think he had golf balls inserted into his cheeks.

He got the implant early in his career, it was paid for by his then ex-wife Jennifer Esposito who later sued him to recoup the expense

Bradley blew it. Jeff Goldblum wasn't a looker as a young man. Kept his jewish face and turned into a hottie late - like after 50!

I think men can get neck work. They can get eye work but ONLY by the very best and most experienced doing it on men. And it can still be bad. I think they can get lifts but NOT lifts + bad eye work.

It enhances the weird affect he's always had--"I'm pretty but there's something wrong." Not just the "Am I or am I not gay?" thing--though that's part of it....

Looks like he's storing acorns for the winter in his cheeks!
