Bitches, please help me get my hour glass figure back!

I’ve gain some weight. My legs and ass look great, but my tummy has expanded.

It’s not horrible, but for me, it’s unacceptable. I want a strong core and a flat midsection again.

Please post core and ab exercises that you actually use and work for you.

TIA!

The exercise is called the refrain...refrain from eating.

Why diet when you can wear a corset.

16-8 intermittent fast OP. Do a HIIT circuit. Loads of videos on YouTube to go through. You'll get nowhere doing only abs. You need to improve your metabolism and improve eating habits. Real life is not the infomercial for the Ab King Pro!

I do 300 sit-ups a day in three sessions…I’m 67 with a flat stomach and eat pretty much what I want in reasonable portions.

OP, when you think about food, pick up a grammar book.

I just started tracking my macros and calories in MyMacros+. I have never done macros or food tracking before. I have lost 5lbs so far and I'm eating more than I normally do. I didn't think I would be able to keep up with it as I hate tracking things, but seeing the weightloss has me motivated and now it's like a competition against myself. As I am very competitive, that's the mindset that is keeping me on track.

Sorry I should point out I've lost 5lbs in the first week of tracking.
