O'Brien and Hoechlin both have done much better with their careers (even with the huge slowdown O'Brien's career has taken since his accident), so do not need to be near a messy Posey.

Same with Cho. She's had stints on numerous shows since Teen Wolf and is probably concerned with tainting her brand by being associated with him, as well.

Neither wants to be associated with that mess or have to do publicity with him.

Let's take out the bias here and play it straight.

Dylan O'Brien has a legitimate film career with multiple projects in the pipeline. He is the definition of "Booked and Busy." Whether people like them or not he has booked some no doubt competitive roles.

Hoechlin is the lead of a DC Comics / HBO Max series and will forever be linked with one of their biggest properties, "Superman." That show will stay on forever.

Arden Cho is the star of an upcoming Netflix series based on a book by Helen Wan. The show will be a hit. Asian led and produced projects are finally getting their due and I don't see this one bucking the trend. She knows that, her people know this.

None of them needs the series but if you're going to ask Arden Cho (or Leo DiCaprio in an above example) to do it then you'd have to pay her more or at least the SAME as (Chrissy Sever or rather Shelley Henning.)
