Noses are the cosmetic surgery that most alter the mathematics proportions and overall perception of the face.

Lots of sexy people have less than perfect noses. But too small buttons or bridgeless upturned noses take you out of the running of ever being truly handsome or classically beautiful.

Sharon Stone has a beautifully harmonious face. And her nose is not quite pefect. But it is very elegant.

Madonna has a cute little nose. She didn't inherit her Dad's big Italian nose but takes after her mother who was of French heritage with delicate features.. Like her brothers, she did inherit her Dad's body hairiness with plentiful dark armpit, arm, pubic, and leg hair. She admitted she was teased in high school by the boys who called her "hairy monster". She probably shaved and waxed earlier in her career and then did laser when she was making the big bucks.

Madonna's nose is very Italian. It's not bad. It's not great, either.
