by Anonymous | reply 148 | January 28, 2022 2:29 AM |
Go Joe!
by Anonymous | reply 1 | January 24, 2022 11:28 PM |
I hope this is real!
Also LOL
by Anonymous | reply 2 | January 24, 2022 11:29 PM |
R2 It’s real, from an appearance earlier today.
by Anonymous | reply 3 | January 24, 2022 11:31 PM |
Love me some honest Joe.
by Anonymous | reply 4 | January 24, 2022 11:31 PM |
Sleepy Joe is UNCIVIL! Lock him up!
by Anonymous | reply 5 | January 24, 2022 11:32 PM |
He just tells it likes it is. We want more blunt Joe in year 2.
by Anonymous | reply 6 | January 24, 2022 11:33 PM |
Well on this we can all agree.
by Anonymous | reply 7 | January 24, 2022 11:33 PM |
It was during a meeting with his “Competition Council” (to fight inflation.)
by Anonymous | reply 8 | January 24, 2022 11:34 PM |
Yes Joe!
by Anonymous | reply 9 | January 24, 2022 11:34 PM |
I think Joe has had sufficient.
by Anonymous | reply 10 | January 24, 2022 11:34 PM |
Oh, hell yes. Haha, goddamnit I love this even if people act like bitches. To me, THIS is "locker room" talk, this is how men talk and he's a bad mother fucker who will fuck your mother.
by Anonymous | reply 11 | January 24, 2022 11:34 PM |
Way to go Joe!
Insult a journalist from America's most watched cable network for asking a question about a topic people are concerned about!
by Anonymous | reply 13 | January 24, 2022 11:37 PM |
It wasn't a real question, concern troll r13. It was a petty dig.
by Anonymous | reply 14 | January 24, 2022 11:38 PM |
I had R13 blocked already. Probably some garden variety right wing troll.
by Anonymous | reply 15 | January 24, 2022 11:40 PM |
Yes, R13, “people are concerned” about how inflation will impact on Democratic prospects this fall.
by Anonymous | reply 16 | January 24, 2022 11:41 PM |
Joe should have just laughed it off.
by Anonymous | reply 17 | January 24, 2022 11:42 PM |
Nov 9, 2018 — President Trump tells CNN's Abby Phillip that she "asks a lot of stupid questions"
Trump called April Ryan a "loser" she’s very nasty. And she shouldn’t be. She shouldn’t be. You’ve got to treat the White House and the office of the presidency with respect.”
by Anonymous | reply 18 | January 24, 2022 11:42 PM |
Almost worth it to watch Fox Noise throw a hissy fit over this.
How DARE an American President use vulgar language! That never happened before! Ever!
by Anonymous | reply 19 | January 24, 2022 11:46 PM |
Peter Doocy is only interested in "gotcha" questions that always makes him look foolish. Peter Doocy IS "a stupid son of a bitch" and everyone knows it. I wish Biden would tap into his "inner truth" more often
by Anonymous | reply 20 | January 24, 2022 11:46 PM |
Another event showcasing the hypocrisy of right wingers.
by Anonymous | reply 21 | January 24, 2022 11:46 PM |
Bahahaha

[quote] Joe Biden Calls Pete Doocy “A Stupid Son Of A Bitch”
Fox and Friends, which I never watch should be interesting tomorrow morning, Since the President just called Steve Doocy's wife a bitch and you just know Steve will be outraged.
by Anonymous | reply 24 | January 24, 2022 11:49 PM |
Now he needs to go after that cunt QAaron Rodgers.
by Anonymous | reply 25 | January 24, 2022 11:51 PM |
Don Lemon will be cackling about this tonight.
by Anonymous | reply 26 | January 24, 2022 11:52 PM |
Doofus Doocy is always trying to trip up Jen Psaki with his worthless questions during the daily press conference. It's fun to watch the other reporters (especially Peter Alexander) look at him with amusement knowing how silly he looks. Jen always answers as though she were speaking to a 9 year old but it probably goes over Doofus' head.
by Anonymous | reply 27 | January 24, 2022 11:55 PM |
[quote]Almost worth it to watch Fox Noise throw a hissy fit over this.
[quote]Yes, [R13], “people are concerned” about how inflation will impact on Democratic prospects this fall.
The headline becomes this:
"Biden caught on hot mic calling Peter Doocy a ‘stupid son of a bitch’ for asking about inflation"
by Anonymous | reply 28 | January 24, 2022 11:57 PM |
I don’t get it. Why is inflation an asset?
by Anonymous | reply 29 | January 25, 2022 12:01 AM |
@r28, Then it will somehow get connected to Hunter's imaginary laptop
by Anonymous | reply 30 | January 25, 2022 12:02 AM |
Am I in the minority? He doesn’t appear badass in the least. He’s the President, should be above this and rather be badass in power, dignity, and decorum. He seems senile and shows he’s easily irritabled vs being in control and self-possessed. Be a man, please.
by Anonymous | reply 31 | January 25, 2022 12:03 AM |
INPEACH!
by Anonymous | reply 32 | January 25, 2022 12:04 AM |
To be fair, Joe thought he was at Olive Garden.
by Anonymous | reply 33 | January 25, 2022 12:06 AM |
R31 Stop. This is nothing compared to meltdowns Dump had daily as president.
by Anonymous | reply 34 | January 25, 2022 12:07 AM |
Obama was called every name in the book for calling Kanye West an 'ass' after the Swift nonsense. I expect to see the same vitriol lodged at this man or else I'm calling racism.
by Anonymous | reply 35 | January 25, 2022 12:07 AM |
[R31] Wholeheartedly agree. I don't care what side you're on politically, this is in bad taste for any politician let alone the fucking president. What a joke.
by Anonymous | reply 36 | January 25, 2022 12:07 AM |
I love when Joe’s Irish comes out.
by Anonymous | reply 37 | January 25, 2022 12:08 AM |
I would’ve called him a dumb mother fucker, Joe def took the high road with SOB
by Anonymous | reply 38 | January 25, 2022 12:15 AM |
r34, I take each man , people, individually. I’m not going to admire a man because he’s not as heinous as his predecessor. No offense, I understand your sentiment. Let’s bring the bar up. You’re not as bad as the last asshole isn’t good enough... I’m holding out for more, here and in my personal life too,
by Anonymous | reply 39 | January 25, 2022 12:15 AM |
@r31, & r36, Spare us your fake outrage
by Anonymous | reply 40 | January 25, 2022 12:16 AM |
Peter Doocey is a dumb numb nuts S.O.B. I support Joe 100%. . I think more than just the President has had more than enough of this brain dead doofus. And Steve is a misogynist pig.
by Anonymous | reply 41 | January 25, 2022 12:17 AM |
He calls me Queen Latifah all the time. I just smile.
by Anonymous | reply 42 | January 25, 2022 12:20 AM |
The problem is that as older people have increasing senility, they have a loss in inhibitions, like Biden is exhibiting. I have seen this with a family member. It's not a good thing.
by Anonymous | reply 43 | January 25, 2022 12:22 AM |
Yeah, ok concern troll R43.
by Anonymous | reply 44 | January 25, 2022 12:23 AM |
I’m not outraged, just not impressed.
by Anonymous | reply 45 | January 25, 2022 12:23 AM |
This isn't even the first time Joe has been caught on a hot mike, remember "This is a big fucking deal" people talk like this all the time, well not me but I am weird.
The only thing I don't like about it is Doocy asks these type of questions in an attempt to get under Biden and Psaki's skins and he just got confirmation that it is working.
by Anonymous | reply 46 | January 25, 2022 12:24 AM |
@r43, Thanks, Trump, we've all seen your senile outburst
by Anonymous | reply 47 | January 25, 2022 12:26 AM |
MeAgain McCain tweeted about how Biden was turning into Trump with his remark while prices are skyrocketing and store shelves are empty. But she deleted it when video emerged of her dad saying to Doocy “What a stupid question. That’s a dumb question.”
by Anonymous | reply 48 | January 25, 2022 12:26 AM |
R43 well if that’s the case then Trump must be in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s.
This is positively quaint in comparison. And I think in 2022 we like some degree of a politician speaking his mind - so long as it’s still in the realm of dignified.
by Anonymous | reply 49 | January 25, 2022 12:28 AM |
Wasn't Trump to be horrible and depraved because he made rude comments on Twitter? Wasn't he trying to stifle all debate and censor the media because he was loud, aggressive and petty towards journalists he didn't like? Wasn't the institution of the executive branch being stripped of its dignity because of his infantilism, boorishness and lack of control?
Thus, why aren't you criticizing Joe Biden for doing exactly the same in a public space? Also, this was the Competition Council, not a random news conference: he is acting in a way that is far from professional and he is engaging in a direct attack on a media figure over a personal disagreement. Once again, why is this correct when Senator Credit Card does it, but not when Orange Bowl does it?
And no, I am not a Trump supporter, but it is EXTREMELY dishonest to move the moral goal posts depending on the politician, based on a perceived shared ideology (they key word being PERCEIVED). Also, Joe Biden has continued Trump's pro-one per cent economic policies and totalitarian orientation, but we're meant to believe that he is diametrically opposed to Trump? Especially when Trump followed Obama's and Biden's immigration and economic policies...
Anyone who doesn't see that the Demublicans are two heads of the same Lernaean Hydra, is fooling him or herself in the worst possible way.
by Anonymous | reply 50 | January 25, 2022 12:28 AM |
@brianstelter Calling a journalist a "son of a bitch?" It was wrong when Trump was just a candidate, and it's even worse now that he's POTUS...
by Anonymous | reply 51 | January 25, 2022 12:28 AM |
I love this! He’s so right
by Anonymous | reply 52 | January 25, 2022 12:28 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 53 | January 25, 2022 12:29 AM |

You have a very loose understanding of "exactly the same." Did Biden try to stifle all debate and censor the media? No?
THEN IT'S NOT EXACTLY THE SAME, YOU FUCKWIT.
by Anonymous | reply 55 | January 25, 2022 12:32 AM |
Eh, he was caught on a hot mic. He didn’t mean to say it in public, someone from his staff screwed up. This has happened to numerous presidents and public figures. Remember when Reagan joked he was going to bomb Russia? I’ll forgive Joe, I’m sure plenty of people have said much worse when they thought the mike was off.
by Anonymous | reply 56 | January 25, 2022 12:34 AM |
If I understand correctly, R50, part of the difference is that it wasn't just some random press conference and they had previously announced that the president would not be taking any questions off topic.
And then Doocy--who is not just any reporter but someone who who lives and breathes to score some kind of "gotcha" question--lobs a Hail Mary as he's being shoved out of the door.
The context matters.
by Anonymous | reply 57 | January 25, 2022 12:34 AM |
Listen right-wing trolls, the gloves are off. You decided to vote for a traitorous pig man who called reporters every name in the book, let a foreign country kill a journalist and made a boorish fool of himself at every world gathering.
You didn't give a shit then, so shut up now. YOU decided there is no such thing as decorum anymore. So fuck your feelings, snowflakes.
by Anonymous | reply 58 | January 25, 2022 12:34 AM |
I'm a contrarian most of the time. And I am disgusted by the lack of civility in our political discourse.
But this was just a hilarious, bad mother fucker move. I love it. Old mick on a hot mic, ain't taking shit from this dumbass.
He may have just permanently won Pennsyltucky.

Nope, r62.
by Anonymous | reply 63 | January 25, 2022 12:44 AM |

Miss Lindsey is outraged! And Miss Lindsey cusses too.
by Anonymous | reply 66 | January 25, 2022 12:57 AM |
No big deal. Peter Doocy asked a stupid and sarcastic question. Joe didn't say anything Doocy hasn't heard before. Doocy works for the Murdoch network. There are plenty of nasty names that outfit could be called justifiably.
by Anonymous | reply 67 | January 25, 2022 1:04 AM |
Expecting selective indignation from family members, all jacked up on Fox tv, calling breathlessly to say (again) “I think the man is senile and no one is talking about it”.
It’s a hot mic. It happens often. I think I remember one candidate saying “I told that c#not where to get off…”
by Anonymous | reply 68 | January 25, 2022 1:05 AM |
I do kind of agree with others that this was a bit unpresidential (though I would have said much worse).
Biden needs advisors/writers with snappy retorts (see below).

the difference is doocey is NOT even a legit journalist/reporter and yes, he is stupid... when trump was cussing and demeaning it was 1) to actual long time qualified and experienced journalist and reporters and 2) it wasn't a "hot mic" he did this loudly and to their face!
context and nuance matters....
by Anonymous | reply 75 | January 25, 2022 1:34 AM |

by Anonymous | reply 76 | January 25, 2022 1:35 AM |
Buttigieg can deliver jabs in a cleaver way without the harsh terminology, and he keeps his composure. The guy has quality political skills.
Ossoff is more reserved, but can deliver stinging remarks directly to an opponent.
Biden is an old school, back-slapping politician and long known for gaffes. Most listeners just shrug their shoulders when he does it.

Doocy, in good humor, has already laughed this off. But please be honest, if Trump did this it would be called an attack on the media and proof of fascism, and would be covered for months ad nauseum.
by Anonymous | reply 86 | January 25, 2022 2:46 AM |
And his supporters wouldn’t care, r86.

I haven’t been here in a while. I love coming back to see that nothing has changed. A gay-oriented board full of trumpsters who try to find a way to sell their lack of intelligence as just a different opinion.
Why don’t you douche-bags just stick by your guns and lay your thinking on the table? Why try these silly convoluted explanations that are trying to deflect the truth coming your way? Why just jump in and throw your old man, limp wrist jab and then run? Have some pride for Christ’s sake
As for Biden. I don’t see anything wrong with what he did. Biden wasn’t sorry that he said it. He was sorry that he insulted this guy on the front page and made it an issue. Little Doocie, to his credit, laughed it off with a classy self effacing joke. He got a chance to raise his stock and did well to take advantage of it. Hannity would run crying to find the comforting teat of Bill O’Reiley.
This will turn into a complete mess. But it was refreshing to watch people who have control of their minds and bowels not immediately jump in the ditch out of fear.

All of it is quite silly. Neither Biden nor Trump are the root of all evil for all time in all universes... not everyone that sees the hypocrisy is a trumper... just as the dl isn't an echo chamber, it's a lot of pricks/clits and an alphabet of holes.
But enjoy your circlejerk.

But in a baseless rage, spelling is often one of the first things to go.
by Anonymous | reply 121 | January 25, 2022 5:08 AM |
r119 Got the wrong reply, didn't you? But we're both riding the short bus on a road to nowhere.
2016: people wanted a disrupter to the status quo... which is why Bernie did so well and why Trump won, heck even why The Green Party got so many votes. Now whether those candidates were truly disrupters is the irrelevant part. It was the symbol for the resent that built up over the four previous years along with the standard partisan divides.
2020: The people hoped for a unifier... and like the previous admin, so far, that hasn't materialize in any meaningful way.
so politicians be politicians... just as the public gets too wrapped up in the left or right. third parties are guilty of this as well. . . they invest so much in the big elections for the hope of getting enough of the vote to get funding for the next. . . even as more districts option against them. Their candidates are too frequently castoffs that couldn't make it as a Republican or Democrat... and their members get too wrapped up in the rest of the party divides and continue to fail to raise the stakes in smaller communities where it's necessary to build up their base for any meaningful attempt at the national elections. But we all know they ain't gonna do that. And botht he primary parties are going to use them as a scapegoat for their losses and vice versa.
So, yeah. It's all a game. Just like the posturing of Russia against the Ukraine when Taiwan is under threat of China. And there's dozens upon dozens other aggressive tactics being played on the map.
You ever play world based strategy games? Or maybe even survival games like Oregon Trail? The media circus that surrounds any official is pointless. It's on the same level as pop gossip. We make assumptions and share our snotty opinions because it's fun. It's foreplay for a lot of hate fucking. the best fucking. But it's still just fucking around.
no real significance for what any of us say.
Trump took a shit in the ocean, Biden is just pissing but given his extended history a big shit is possible too.
Like the issues with the Houthi or the Taliban.
here's so many moves internationally and they have the stain (sphere of influence) of the about three relevant decades to the now.. though of course some histories extend further back. But there are multiple forces on the map and differing ones are backed by differing allies too. the entertaining bit are the neutrals that have various agreements with both and also finding themselves cut out of many dealing. We're seeing an arms race for those outside of the various Western alliances and neutral nations. . . while the West has largely grown complacent and this is more a penis measuring contest for publicity, the morale of the western alliances vs the Russia/China alliances. Russia's silk road and China's investment to control international mining rights, and both's aggression to control water territories (let alone their mutual dismissal of climate change) can lead to a bigger financial crisis that we're facing now. . . it would be a global displacement of the economic superpowers.
sin on that level, none of this shit matters. All of the parties, if not just the primary parties have invested financial stakes in these international disputes... it's how they make their money. Which leaves the ethics of the bulk of our politicians in serious question. the moral tale is one fiction for the opiate masses to succumb. do you believe George Washington could not tell a lie? But people enjoy that fantasy. Perhaps these meaningless divides give you a way to vent off personal steam without having to confront unresolvable situations or conflict. Which is good for you, for us. It just moves into a dangeorus territory when people take it too seriously. Hence, there's a lot of vocal idiots but most people are just going about their lives because what else can we do but this.

Even Fox News *agreed* with President Biden that Pete Douchey is, in fact, "a stupid SOB." 😂

Who TF does Hanity think he is or is he working for.
I have to admit that Doocy has handled this appropriately. As he says, POTUS has much, much more important matters to attend to so a quick phone call is absolutely enough.

I don't recall Joe being renowned for being PROFESSIONAL.
However, he's not wrong and, Glory Be, he's not Donald Trump.

If Democrats had taken the gloves off 30 years ago and started calling Newt Gingrich, Ken Starr and all the other sanctimonious Republican blowhards stupid sons of bitches, we wouldn't be in the mess we are now.

R131 Yes June, your menopause period was long ago. Poor thang, you are left to spending your final days searching for spelling errors on DL to receive a bit of attention.

Doocy is paid to troll the WH briefings and Biden. He laughed it off because the only investment he has is in his Fox paycheck. His father is beyond stupid. Doocy has self awareness and a smarmy face, he uses them to great advantage.

Rolling my eyes at all the people cheering him on after four years of “his conduct is not befitting the office of the President!”
It’s still the President calling a member of the free press a stupid son of a bitch, R or D not withstanding.
Trashy.
