Who Wins The Most Handsome 1950’s Man Award?
Pre accident Monty? Farley Granger? Guy Madison? Rock Hudson? Lex Barker?
I’ll go with Guy Madison. Photographic perfection. You can photograph him from every angle and he comes out the paragon of masculine handsomeness. Bonus points: he matured into rugged handsomeness unlike pretty boy types like Tyrone Power and even my main man Larry Olivier, who both matured into seediness. He can act too. Held his own in Hilda Crane.
Second choice: Monty. It’s toss-up with the rest.

OP, you are getting your decades confused.
1940's Guy Madison.... absolutely the hottest.
1950's Guy Madson... not even in the running.

[quote] And don't forget Michael Craig
I can't forget sexy, husky, brooding, moody Michael Craig and his 1961 accidental nude scene.

[quote] Mathews was gay. His sexual orientation may have kept him from being cast in bigger projects, but from 1961, he was in love with Tom Nicoll), a department store display manager, a relationship that would last the rest of his life
He doesn't look much more cute than Andrew Neighbours over who we've obsessing for three threads

Gregory Peck was something on a stick, though I think he peaks in the early 60s.
Over Xmas I watched "Room for One More" with Cary Granite strutting around in a swimsuit during the family beach vacation and he was lookin like he could get it all.
I find both these men to be superlatively handsome movie star types.
