Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. They've both been dead over 20 years and people are still fascinated.

R8 - Over 30 even! And I agree - pretty amazing after all this time - especially considering they only made one movie together.

Bullock and Kidman in “Practical Magic.”
Bullock is the only co-star Kidman has ever had real chemistry with.

Sorry, “Jane Russell”

I like my duos with a bit of a malicious edge -
Shirley and Debra in Terms of Endearment
Julia and Cameron in My Best Friend’s Wedding
Dorothy and the Wicked Witch in The Wizard of Oz

If you mention Mammy and Scarlett than you have to mention Scarlett and Melanie.

R29 That is her character's name in the movie? What's "Klan" like about enjoying a classic like GWTW (unless you are one of those snowflake types, in which the answer is obvious)

Harriet Andersson and Kari Sylwan (Cries and Whispers)

r29, that was a great duo. I didn't realize Mammy was the first to say the ever popular who dat, in today's speech.
I've always enjoyed GWTW. It did get Hattie McDaniel the first Oscar for a black woman. Thank goodness that roles opened up and weren't just slaves, maids and pimps throughout history but it was work and the work evolved.
