It’s not really his doing, but poor old Tom Felton, the actor who as a child & teenager played the bootlicking bully brat Draco in the HARRY POTTER films, has permanently thinned, recessed and damaged hair in the extreme as an adult, due to all the intensive bleaching that his hair underwent to play his most famous role.

His hair damage makes him look much older than his age (30s) in a negative way, and makes some of his rather pointed and less-conventional features even more noticeable. To make matters worse, he’s also quite scrawny of build, and has accrued a lot of skin damage from living too long as pale Brit in the LA sun.

At least he does still have a great smile (all that HP money paid for top-end dental, I suppose) and big engaging storm-blue eyes, I will say that for him. He still isn’t ugly, even with the dreadful hair loss.

Most of the people listed have good hair, they simply have terrible haircuts and awful hairstyles.

A bad haircut and hairstyle can easily be fixed, hair loss, not so much.

Kelly Osbourne, in fact the entire Osborne family, appear to have thick healthy hair. Ozzy still has a full head of hair at his age, though he's no longer having it dyed. His wife Sharon, even after her chemo treatments, her hair grew back thick and healthy.

The absolute worst hairstyles were on the 80s metal hairbands! Most of those guys had thin limp hair which they simply backcombed/teased, then they put an entire can of hairspray on that mess of hair.

I reckon they are now all bald.
