Annie wasn’t a cunt, she was just a teenage girl preoccupied with being a teenage girl. She was a harmless smart ass.

I don’t know if her line readings were adr or what, but some of them are cringe.

We never saw her mother. I bet Mrs. Brackett was an alcoholic bitch. Annie learned it from her!

Annie was occasionally a jerk, but a nice one, and basically a good human being. She cared enough about her friend Laurie to set her up with Ben Tramer (Laurie was too shy to ask him out) and even though little Lindsey Wallace was cramping her style, she was remarkably patient with the little twerp.

I love the actress playing Annie Brackett (Nancy Loomis). She's so deadpan yet utterly unironic, enough so that she actually becomes ironic, unwittingly ("I wouldn't want to get you in DEEP TROUBLE, Lynda!"). She played a more self-aware version of the same character in 1980's The Fog. Annie's my favorite character in the whole movie.

Actually Lynda's more of a dick, but she's an okay gal as well.

She looks old af. I also felt she was a bit of a mean spirited cunt.

If Annie hadn't yelled "speed kills" at Michael Myers, maybe he wouldn't have noticed them and killed them. Maybe he would have targeted a different group of horny teenagers.
