Beats me. Probably because it was a crappily built house or she couldn't afford to keep it up. If it had been a quality construction someone would have bought it.

Now I remember. John Gotti himself lived in a very normal house, I believe in Queens. Nothing fancy at all. Of course he probably had vacation homes all over the world that no one knew about. He was said to shower money on neighbors who hit hard times. Unfortunately if any of those neighbors had declined the money he probably had them killed.

Supposedly this was John Gotti's house.

I never liked that house, even when they had the 2004? Reality show. It's tacky and ugly. Demolish it and put something upscale and traditional there. Modern traditional house would be beautiful. Erase all traces of the Gotti house. It should just be a bad memory.

I remember when she said she wanted one of her sons to date Lindsay Lohan during that Reality show. Not even Lindsay would want to bother with this family.

It's a cheaply built wreck and that's why it has deteriorated at such a rapid pace. I'm betting it's riddled with roaches and rats. I agree, tear down and build a quality home there.

The place has only been vacant for a few years. Victoria was living there at least into 2016 when the Feds raided the house as well as her son's Queens auto parts store. Her parent's old house was also raided and one of her brothers was arrested for drug dealing.

I'm amazed when I read articles talking about what a decent life this haggard broad has lead since her father died. The whole family is just criminal filth.

I'm guessing the house is abandoned due to a lien, foreclosure or something tax related due to her ex-husband's criminal activities.

In 2009 she was facing foreclosure after skipping mortgage payments for 2 years.

In 2010 she made a $2.6 million payment to remove the lien on the house.

In 2015 she put the house on the market again.

In 2016 the house was raided, this is also the last year she lived in the house.
