I saw a Jake Orion video, where it had a password on the screen and a disclaimer that stated something to the effect that this password was unique to this version of the video and it could be traced back to the person who Jake had sold it to and that if it ended up on the internet the original person to who the video was sold could be held liable for unauthorized distribution of the video.

I don't know if that is just a scare tactic used by Jake or whether he could actually do that, seems all someone would have to do is claim that someone stole it off their computer. Whatever it didn't keep it from ending up on the internet.
