She still looks fantastic. She appears as one of the models for her Spring Collection 2021, near the end of the video.
After spending most of her life in the public eye, she has every right to retire from it and do what she wants to do. OP seems to be implying that she is in extremis, or being held in thrall by someone. Good god, she's 81! I wish there were more celebrities like her who said enough is enough and withdrew gracefully from the stage, rather than making crazier and crazier efforts to remain relevant.
