All her weight appears to be on the top portion of the body, she's clearly obese, yet doesn't seem to have an ass. Women with those sort of barrel shapes, usually have a big ass and wide saddlebag hips.

R8, it's pear shapes that will have a big ass. With apple shapes most of the fat goes to the middle.
