What foods can you eat every single day?
Like, you never get tired of it.
For me, it's sausages. Link sausage, sausage patty, Italian sausage, Charisse, etc. I love all sausages!
Another one is dumplings. Especially if there is a dipping sauce. Pierogis, ravioli, chinese dumplings. But they have to be soft.
How about you?

I've been eating yogurt for lunch every day since I was in my late 20s. It's not a hard-and-fast thing, I will eat other things on occasion, but it's such a habit now I can't imagine habitually eating anything else.

Back home in the US it was romaine and Trader Joe's Romano Caesar dressing at night with a few slices of Armenian sausage Sujuk my late partner introduced me too. Before his stroke and high blood pressure made it hard for my dad to eat that, I would cook up an omelette with light mozzarella and topped with Sujuk the way my partner used to make when he came over. Now, in Eastern Europe, salads are kind of a once a week thing I eat at a health food place geared towards the more "sophisticated" or religious crowd once a week.

R32 - we are hoping to host our friend C from Exeter in July. He is a vegetarian and he has, like the two of us, packed on the lbs during the pandemic. He eats vegetarian alternatives to meat and his bitch of a wife lives on sausages and bacon and bread and butter and (now) pudding and beer as do all Eastern Europeans and C was simply saying when he came in 2019 that some people must be genetically wired with faster metabolisms. Certainly those of us who hail from North Western Europe pack it on if we don't watch it and work our after a certain age and, in fact, even younger men and women.

R4, when you say coffee with evaporated milk, do you mean coffee with sweetened condensed milk? Evaporated milk is just canned whole milk with half the water removed (which can be reconstituted by adding an equal amount of water), whereas sweetened condensed milk has had 60% of the water removed and some huge amount of sugar added. Sweetened condensed milk is what's added to Vietnamese iced tea or coffee, which is divine!

I like eating a BIG salad every day. This is the main meal that I eat every day actually. I do intermittent fasting and eat between certain hours of the day, right now it’s between 11am-6pm.
Big salad: 2 servings Sprouts organic baby super greens mix, 1 serving Trader Joe’s baby kale, 1 serving shredded carrots, 1 serving shredded broccoli slaw, 1 serving shredded cabbage slaw, cherry tomatoes, 1 avocado, 2 hard boiled eggs (Happy Egg Company Heritage Breed free-range), and sprinkling of chipped walnuts or shredded aged parmesan cheese. I don’t skimp on salad dressing, I either make my own or a favorite brand that’s affordable is Ken’s brand, their lite honey mustard dressing is my favorite, it’s not low fat so doesn’t have that low-fat dressing nasty taste/ flavor.
