The problem is usually the pilot not having enough experience to deal with unforseen issues that arise during flight, or the owners not wanting to spend the money on maintaining the equipment. A lot of these sorts of people who buy used jets to make an impression can't really afford to do the maintenance, and can't afford to hire a professional pilot. You get what you pay for. Small planes, in many emergency situations, have a better chance of survival with minimal damage because they can be brought down in smaller spaces. I suspect Tarzan should have stuck to his usual mode of transit...swinging from ropes in trees. Thank god Cheetah wasn't on board.

She seemed to think that two normal bites were a sufficient meal for most people. But then there was a lot of ritualized behavior involved in breaking those two bites down into tiny little pieces, each one to be followed with lots of water, and examining whether each each one really needed to be eaten. Then, for good measure, she would pile a lot of religious guilt and shame about gluttony on top.

All of the above to illustrate the point that normal followers couldn’t stick to her diet for more than a few days and word was starting to get out. She also ran into trouble when she publicly denied the trinity. As all of her business until that point had come from church groups, so when they started dropping her workshops she was in danger of losing everything.

Like every good grifter she turned her rapidly spreading cancelation into a plus and blamed the inability of people to succeed on her diet on the churches that were now dropping her. The churches were operating under the influence of Satan and that’s why their members were finding it impossible to turn anorexic overnight.

Coincidentally, at the same time, god told her to start a cul... I meant to say, create a home for all of these people (the remnants) who had been used and abused and cast aside by the very devilish churches that were dropping her program.

TL;DR: anorexia is the backbone of both the cult and the diet, and the two can’t be separated. The diet program recruits for the cult; the cult self-publishes books and materials for the dieters.

There hasn't been a fatal crash on any US airline, major or discount or regional, since 2009. Well, there was that one incident on Southwest in 2018 where an engine part broke a window and a woman's head was sucked out...but it landed safely, minus her.

Had it been a clear day and had there been less weight on the plane (fully fueled and almost every seat full) it might all have turned out differently. The thing with not very bright people, esp when older, is that they may not think as quickly or react as quickly to emergency conditions. He may have gotten disoriented by the cloud conditions, he also oversped the plane at which point it would start to come apart in air.

A newer plane and a professional pilot would have been good investments. Flying commercial was an option too.

Fact: Joe didn't fly at all from 2010-2017. Again, he had no money around this time until he met Gwen. Prior to 2010, he owned one plane. It was a Cessna Sky Wagon (those smaller planes with the 3rd wheel in back under the tail.)

Fact: When Gwen provided money, he then took crash courses (no pun intended) on 2 plane types and a helicopter.

Thoughts: I'm no pilot, but this seems like a lot of different license types in a short time. Seems like not enough time to master one aircraft before going on to the next.

Fact: Joe knew his medical was lapsed (it was NOT an oversight). This will come out and the evidence of such is black/white. The NTSB will get this proof in their hands.

Thoughts: Whether or not Joe was legally licensed (he was not), it is very feasible 1 or more wrongful death lawsuits will entail. If insurance gets to dodge that liability since Joe wasn't legally licensed, it is feasible Gwen's mass fortune will be spent on lawyers and huge payouts. While I agree the outcome of RF is impossible to guess longer term, if Gwen's countless millions goes away, that affects the course of RF moving forward in at least some regards.

During the meeting, the member said that Gwen told them that racism wasn’t real & that if anyone believed racism was real, they were playing the victim & feeling sorry for themselves. This admission by Gwen apparently caused a huge outburst with some members pushing back & speaking up against her statement. Some stormed out. The member also claimed that Gwen instructed the members to become constitutionalists.

They were told to prepare to defend the constitution, put god into their homes, speak out against the government taking away rights, and become outspoken against the social changes on the horizon.

My source says that Gwen told them only to listen to specific sources for information, including Candace Owens & a speaker at an upcoming “Patriot Rally” they were sponsoring in Florida. The rally featured Roger Stone & Michael Flynn. The event continues to promote the “stolen election” vibe.

I asked how they wanted people to “defend the constitution” but the source claims that they really didn’t know. They insist this wasn’t a start of a militia or a call to arm themselves.

Apparently, Joe Lara was extremely right wing, alt-right, according to the member. His political views were called “extreme” by the member. Gwen’s speeches/services had become more & more political following the lost election. The member believed that Joe was heavily influencing Gwen’s political paranoia.

Many members were furious after this meeting and many wanted to quit. The member said that now there is an out for many to leave with no clear path for who would take over.

Gwen was the only person that delivered sermons & no one else was allowed to speak.

The church was already starting a huge fracture that the member claims will only get bigger with their deaths

A member of the church reached out to me today. The member says that the plane that Joe Lara flew had recently been in the shop for mechanical issues related to the front landing gear.

The Cessna they flew in was almost 40 years old. The source claims a family friend monitored the flight, as they did with every flight, when the aircraft fell off radar, the friend reached out to leaders that something had happened to the plane

The text message by the daughter claiming a controlled landing, could have been speculation from the pilot friend watching the flight pattern. Though the source could not be certain.

The source claims the whole group is completely distraught, numb and some are seeing this as an opportunity to leave the group all together.
