She postponed her Unbreakable Tour to go in for a procedure, and that was when the cancer rumor spread like wildfire. Not long after, she announced her pregnancy, which means that she likely went in for some sort of fertility procedure at the time. She countered the lie by posting a brief but succinct video to her social media telling people not to believe the rumor. Unfortunately, asshats like you still ascribe only to what you "heard" and "assumed" to be true.
