Let me guess, they were designed by someone favored by the woke committee. Also explains why 2 out of the 3 models are racially ambiguous, they dare not have a white man modeling for them.

Why do Canadians do this shit? I ask this as a dual citizen of Canada and another, much more fashion-oriented country (though it may not be to everyone's taste all the time). There seems to be an attitude among Canadians of 'Let's not try too hard, let's go for the joke, let's show everyone we don't take ourselves seriously.' Well, why shouldn't Olympic-level athletes be taken seriously? They worked hard to get where they are. Why can't Canada outfit them properly? The comparison with the chic Ralph Lauren designs of the American Olympic team is painful.

Why, Canada? Why do you do this? You're an embarrassment.
