I developed puffy nipples like that at around 14 - very embarrassing. Went with my mom to the doctor who just said - yeah that sometimes happens. Thanks doc. Four decades later they are still usually slightly puffy, but they shrink down and look normal if I touch them. They are also not sensitive at all; so I’m a two time nipple LOSER!
