Tried twice (unsuccessfully!) to purchase a Connecticutt Senate seat and had to have Trump drag her sad ass to the White House where she left early to participate (unsuccessfully!) in Trump's re-election.
Her "empire" is in steep decline these days with more successful wrestling promotions nipping away at her legacy.
Was it all worth it?

McMahon self financed her senate runs. Spent about $50 mil each. After the first run, which went very well, her political consultants pitched her a second run--and she went for it. Lost by about the same amount. She was a quality candidate and did not embarrass herself (other than buying into consultants bullshit that earned them tens of millions).
