What's a good place in the South to see Spanish Moss, and what's the best time of the year to see it?

It grows as far north as the Dismal Swamp in Virginia, not far from Norfolk.

Congaree Swamp & Santee in SC.
Okefenoke Wildlife Refuge, Waycross, GA

From inland Central Florida and it is everywhere in the oaks and pine trees.
