is there a healthy way for a man to get down to 110 lbs?

I'm 5'8.5 and would like to be 110-115 lbs

My only real world advice is this:

You generally can’t run away from a bad diet.

I once went from 220 to 175. My food intake didn’t really change at the time (I ate “normal” - cereal/oats/eggs in the morning, sandwich/salad at lunch, chicken/fish/steak/burger with vegetables at dinner).

What did change was my alcohol intake (and pop since I drink Jack & Coke). I couldn’t drink because of a DUI and the pounds literally melted off.

I only mention this because I see so many people eat fairly healthy and yet consume Coke and/or alcohol in large amounts and don’t lose weight.
