Not even joking, I assumed that almost every guy on The CW's auditions involve fucking creepy old producers. Is that wrong? I think most people get the casting couch wrong. Young CW type actors on the come up are fucking for agents and/or people in casting or can get them to casting directors. You don't get to fuck producers, creepy, old, or otherwise, until you have a few credits under your belt.

I think Harvey is in a whole different category. I still believe that the casting couch is sort of like fucking a rock star. You get an agent the regular way (applying) and then social network your way into the private party scene where you throw yourself at someone with power and influence and give him an exclusive audition nobody else had before him (the casting couch) and hope for the best (him seeing star making potential in you).
