I remember seeing him give a speech at the British parliament. I think it was on C-SPAN or something. I thought it was a really excellent speech, and I was genuinely moved...especially considering I am neither British nor French.

A few years later I mentioned to a French (Algerian) friend that I kind of liked him, based on that speech I saw, and he ripped me a new one, LOL.

France does not have the American federal system of state and national governments. Pee Brain is probably not headed to federal prison as most criminal law is handled on a state level. But the State of New York is going to have his fat ass behind bars. Mark my words!
