There is an actual medical condition called 'broken heart syndrome', AKA 'Takotsubo cardiomyopathy'. It manifests as a heart attack, but is referred to by medical professionals as a 'heart event' rather than a 'heart attack'.

I had such an event a couple of years ago. Almost died from respiratory failure, fortunately I was in the ICU at the time under the care of an excellent cardiologist who saved my life.

He asked my family, who were in the ER waiting room, what sort of recent emotional event I might have had which could account for the event. They could think of nothing. A few days later, while I was in the cardiac ICU, he asked me again, and I said that other than constant stress from Trump, there wasn't anything in particular that had recently upset me.
