I find these celebrity kids to be parasites. They coast off of their family name and their parents buy their careers in acting, fashion and art. They never actually study and train in their field. Even rich kids who are not famous still have to work hard and their parents who often educated and professional expect them to. But a lot of the celebrities come from working class and trashy backgrounds, so they don't stress education or long-term planning on their kids. Luckily none of these celeb kids last too long in these industries once they age out, their name loses relevance or the people in industry get sick of dealing with them.
