I can’t take the news or weather seriously anymore with all these Kardashian’ized anchors and meteorologists. They vocal fry their way through the entire broadcast. Is the ghost of Roger Ailes hiring all these broads?

They don't seem to last too long in my medium sized TV market area.
They start as reporters, and if they don't rate anchoring a show by year 2, they usually leave. The starting pay is dismal, I'm told.
