Bugs is my favorite, though.

Print, I'd vote for Snoopy! (For a while it was Lil Abner.)
Movies? Hmmmm. Mickey Mouse ("Fantasia")? Linus ("A Charlie Brown Christmas")? Snow White? Cinderella?

No, R7, it is understood that this thread refers to cartoon characters, not comic strips and others. Play along nicely.
Perhaps OP will create subsequent threads for comic book characters, live-action characters e.g. Gumby, Diver Dan, etc., and original film characters.

it would have to be Batman who appeared in his own show in the 60s, 70s (also teamed up with Scooby Doo during this decade), 90s & this new century = Justice League, Justice League Unlimited. Justice League Action, Batman Brave & The Bold & Beware The Batman. He also appeared in the 70s/80s Super Friends show for a record breaking 9 seasons in between his solo shows.
No Disney, Looney Tune, Archie or Marvel character even comes close. Bugs & the Looney Tunes would have their reruns repackage (Bugs & Daffy, Bugs & Road Runner, Bugs & Tweety, etc.) but they weren't always new episodes.
Even after his live actions 60s show, the public seems to keep watching his new adventures.

R98 honestly, Seto Fucking Kaiba should be top of this list.
This man is so brilliant and so petty that he invented an entire technological VR system just to win a tournament. The man is so outrageously intelligent and hypercapable that as a teen he purposely ran an entire military-industrial conglomerate into the ground then won it back in a game of strategy so he could rebuild it as a billion-dollar philanthropic-tech org. The man is so badass that he told Fate and a literal God to go fuck Itself, because his willpower and drive is too powerful to control (and he’s right). The man is so immensely forward-thinking and so intense that he built a time-space hyperdrive—the first of its kind in his universe—just so he could travel back to Ancient Egypt and defend his title of ‘King Of Games’..
I am not making any of that up. He’s a modern day Nietzschean antihero.

Bugs Bunny.

While I know Charlie Brown is technically a cartoon, does he count even though he never was a TV series. More of a comic character who had some specials. I loved Scooby, Bugs, Bart and Stewey.

Yes he was. [italic]The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show[/italic] ran on CBS from 1983 to 1986, and there is now an Apple TV series called [italic]The Snoopy Show[/italic].

R218 doesn’t know the difference between a cartoon and a puppet.

[quote][R218] doesn’t know the difference between a cartoon and a puppet.
There was a [italic]Fraggle Rock[/italic] cartoon from 1987 to 1988 on NBC after the original live-action HBO series ended. It only ran a year. It might have done better on CBS paired with [italic]Muppet Babies[/italic].

I love Stitch (of Lilo and Stitch) and Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon.

Then I respectfully stand corrected and offer apologies to r218.
If he’s a fan of that cartoon, he was every right to vote for them. Or him. Or it. Idk.

We could have been as big as that duck or rabbit. Warner Bros never gave us the proper push!

Clutch Cargo, a cartoon figure with human lips. I would at least make out with him.

All trans characters on every show ever. They're the only ones who should be allowed on TV at all.
And all Disney movies should be banned unless trans ally Julie Andrews is in them.

It's ironic that the WB cartoons banned/censored for racism still have better animation than a [italic]Family Guy[/italic] episode calling it so.

"As opposed to a show featuring a coyote chasing an ostrich-adjacent birdy running around on a highway?"
Yes. It's Shakespeare in comparison with Family Guy.
