This time of year, I love doing this workout at least a couple times. It really helps control all of the eating, drinking and general indulging of the season. What’s your favorite version?
Walking and walking and more walking now that I am in Europe. Back at home it was 30 minutes of a different type of cardio 3-4 times a week with music making me relax, followed by weights or a class dedicated to power yoga or mat pilates.
