Who makes the best broth?

I can think of only three cultures who make a distinct and recognizable broth.

French (consomme)

Japanese (dashi)

Vietnamese (pho)

So which of these is the best?

I vote for Pho. I could eat that shit every day.

I'm surprised that other cultures haven't really developed a signature broth. It's so basic.

Beef/veal consommé because it has a pure beef flavor. Pho broth has so many spices that the beef flavor gets lost.
