I worked in the plastic surgery field for years in NYC and Beverly Hills and I have to say that Gwen had a lot done (everything) but not much more than many other big stars. Her work just isn’t as subtle. I don’t know if Lorry Hill is a paid shill. I honestly do not see any evidence of that in her videos. Despite her personal beliefs on surgeries like Bella Hadid’s, her analysis of stars and their surgeries seems to be spot on. If anything she leaves out some surgeries that seem visible to me, especially on the men. It takes a keen eye to pick up on the more subtle tweaks like chin and jaw shaves and facial implants. Gwen definitely had her chin shaved down early on in her career with a rhinoplasty only to have a large (more square) chin implant placed later on. You see this with quite a few stars. They will literally shave down their jaw and/or chin only to then place implants in to change their facial shape. Jennifer Lopez is a perfect example but her work has been extremely subtle and is excellent. Ariana Grande also did the same but it is not subtle and gave her a whole new jaw line. I think Gwen looks good (albeit more over the top) but she doesn’t look very similar to her previous self. The large veneers are distracting as well as the extreme makeup and hair color but those seem part of her schtick. I think her most recent (2nd) facelift was excessive and is too tight. She didn’t need it yet. What bothers me is that more and more more stars are striving for absolute perfection with every single facial feature to the point where they lose their character and personal quirkiness. I think this is mainly due to social media’s influence on almost everything these days. Men and women’s ideas of aesthetic perfection have reached unattainable levels and it is a shame. Hopefully we will end up reverting a bit in the future as people get tired of unattainable perfection.

Some deviated surgeries are real. I say that as someone who did it for breathing purposes (and to reduce infections). Dr Portnoy in NYC is terrific.

Bethanny's eyes/ eyebrows don't have that telltale sign of a full facelift, I think Botox is used to get that teeniest of lift around her eyes and her forehead is obviously frozen.

Gwen is really like Madonna and Gaga and not just their plastic surgery. They all came onto the music scene as quirky and nonconforming girl power types but later showed how they really were.
