Women's magazines get most of their money these days from online articles, not subscriptions. They get most of their PR by being placed at the checkout lines of stores. Having Melania on the cover wouldn't affect their subscriptions, but it WOULD affect the way the public viewed them.

I also suspect print advertisers wouldn't want a Trump on the cover of a woman's magazine.
