Today I'm binge watching films from the 60's and 70's starring the great British actress Rita Tushingham.

Here's my film list,

Smashing Time

Mysteries

The 'Human' Factor

The Trap

A Taste of Honey

Black Journal

Diamonds for Breakfast

The Leather Boys

The Knack... and How to Get It

Girl with Green Eyes

She's wonderful in a little seen film called The Housekeeper based on a novel called A Judgement in Stone. There's a French film called Le Ceremonie based on the same story that's way better, but The Housekeeper is worth seeing for Tushingham.

I just saw her in the recent (awful) remake of Christie's "The Pale Horse." She had a very small part.

She was also in Dr. Zhivago, as the daughter of Yuri and Lara.

J'adore The Trap. It's like a less tedious version of The Piano. And Oliver Reed in that film was the sexiest and manliest beast to ever grace the silver screen.
