Does she identify as trans? If not, this is almost a form of drag. If a cis man who identified as such were styled and dressed head-to-toe in clothes that were designed primarily for and sold to women they would be immediately labeled a cross dresser. This is not necessarily a bad thing, it's just weird how this goes unspoken, but if the roles were reversed, it would be a story in and of itself.
