I think it looks nice, and quite masculine, depending on the style.

I have a friend who wears (wore) dangly earrings. She also wears (wore) ear loop face masks. A few weeks ago, she took off her mask quickly, without thinking, got the ear loop stuck on her earring, and ripped it right out. It was nasty.
