Joel Osteen is obviously a snake oil salesman, IMO. He's 57 and looks good for his age, I admit. But plastic surgery is evident and I am interested to see what he looks like as the years progress.

These megachurch pastors excuse their greed by arguing it's a blessing from God. Their sermons are not truly Christian, more just New Age feelgood stuff with American capitalist propaganda. Basically they beg for money in the most diplomatic and florid way and tell their followers they will get blessed through their charity and faith in God. They exploit the poor and marginalized.
