Where the FUCK are the Democrats?
The US debt has increased in 4 years under Trump more than at anytime during the history of the United States. The Trump campaign is broke. How do you manage a country when you can't manage a campaign properly?
Republicans lie and cheat but can't govern. Mitch Mcconnell is proud of this?
NOW, this Administration and Republicans have just thrown in the towel about COVID and the pandemic...
Shouldn't Democrats be ALL over this incompetency? So what, Biden is running and will win the election--God willing. But, here is a GOLDEN opportunity for Democrats to DEFINE the Republicans and fucking destroy that party!
WHERE THE FUCK ARE THEY???

OP: It's not like the Dems are invisible. They are out there. What would you like them to do? Biden and Harris are out there campaigning. Nancy Pelosi was interviewed on the Sunday morning shows. People are early voting everywhere. Could the Democratic leadership do more? Yes, I guess. We all could. But no matter what Nancy Pelosi proposes for the stimulus bill, Mitch McConnell opposes it and refuses to bring it to a vote on the Senate floor because the Repigs don't want to offer the American public relief. The Repigs are more determined to push through Amy Coney Barrett onto the Supreme Court. They have no agenda for relief, healthcare of the environment.
Vote and then donate to Dem races wherever you can. The fight isn't over until Trump and the Repigs are defeated.

Agree with R8. Well said. Also it's been concerning to read news items this past week such as Dems just noticing recently how the Cuban vote around the Greater Miami area seems slanted towards Trump, or that they just caught on about the special electoral college votes in states like Nebraska and Maine...as if all of this is new?
Maybe it's a generational thing, and this round of Biden Team members are spending too much time distracted on their cellphones reading or sending texts, or else taking or looking at Instagram selfies?? I get the feeling that there's not much strategic organization in their national campaign, and--once again, gosh who would've foreseen it--they are taking for granted or condescendingly imagining that there just HAVE to be more sane voters who'll end up voting for Biden over Trump, without them figuring out they have to do something or more to help reach out to voters to ensure that happening.
Never learn.

Anybody who continues to support Trump DOES NOT CARE, OP.
Christ, Trump and other Republicans actively use spliced video in TV ads and the deplorables buy it. There is nothing anybody can say or do to diminish the support Trump has from his base, which, incidentally, is about 40% of the population of the US.
Trump will win >150 electoral votes. States like WV are 99% likely to go for him. What would anybody, let alone an elected Democrat, be able to say or do to persuade those folks?

Okay, my bad. 40% of VOTERS. It doesn't matter what the population says, only voting matters.
Trump voters will account for about 40% of votes that will be cast. In 2016, they accounted for ~46%.

I agree with OP. It's not just about winning this election; it's about the future, changing the narrative and influencing the opinion of people who think they would never support Democratic policies. There needs to be an accounting such that many more people come to realize that Republican principles since the 1980s have ground this country into the dirt.
People need to understand that they've been had by a bunch of empty propaganda parading around in politicians' suits, that every Republican administration has weakened the economy and the public good, that they've proven themselves to be incompetent and even willfully bad at governing. This needs to be accepted so that people will stop being distracted by "culture wars" designed to distract them from how corrupt Republicans have been and how much worse than useless they are.

They ran Hillary when Sanders was shown time and time again to have better chances of beating Trump. The Dem Party is to blame for Trump having the presidency for the past 4 years. They utterly failed to impeach Kavanaugh and now they let this Barret bitch in while Joe says he "isn't a fan" of balancing the court. At the same time, they pander to the worst extremist elements in the party, pushing even more white working people into the Republican fold. They are total embarrassments and corrupt failures.

I am FURIOUS! To see Mcconnell on the Senate floor justifying the actions of Republicans with the sitting of this new Judge. "Elections have consequences...". We can't change ignorant, racist, mean and scared. It was "once and a lifetime" opportunity every time a RePIG President needed to be defeated or replaced by the next being a Dom. All we can do is crush them by voting more, and demographics. There are many things left, liberal Congress, Executive, and Justice branches can accomplish. New Deal. Civil Rights. Equal Rights, Social Safety Nets. Worker Protection. Environmental Protection. Limiting Transfer of Wealth. Clinton and Obama were not as strong as they should have been on correcting the trend that Reagan started of siphoning wealth back upwards.
The REPIGS have been brilliant at brainwashing the poor and ignorant to vote against their self interest. They know they CAN make the ignorant, mean and racist voters WORSE. The dems cannot make these voters into dems. They have a different cognitive process. They are DUMB and SCARED and ANGRY.
