Sighhh... PC Kiss was the only redeeming aspect of Hollyoaks. Stopped watching that nonsense the second they killed his character off.

I got the idea that the pandemic interfered with telling the George Kiss story properly, and it seemed like it became something of a casualty. Lockdown occurred and production was halted. The same thing happened to them not being able to do the 25th anniversary material the way they'd originally planned. Later, EP Kirkwood was exiting and things started to get wrapped up. They never even got around to exploring (or explaining) why George behaved the way he did. He just got killed.

Meanwhile, we have to sit through more exposition of why pudgy Warren is bad and listen to Joel try to make excuses for him. .. I nearly spit my drink out this week, when Joel told his dad, "You didn't mean to kill Brody. It was an accident." .. Geez, what kind of retcon is that? .. They've got to be joking.
