For decades critics have derided the debates as side-by-side press conferences. We need the candidates to go after each other and ask their own questions.

I despise trump with the heat of a million suns. I have nothing but contempt for those who support him. Anyone who votes for him now is voting for the end of our democracy.

Remember, it's not trump against Biden. A vote for trump is a vote for a dictatorship. A vote for Biden is a vote for decency, integrity, compassion, and freedom. Trump knows he is going to lose. That's apparent, so he has stopped trying. His only objective now is to cause chaos and put so much doubt into the election results that it will ultimately go to the Supreme Court, where he hopes his majority will prevail. But, they will rule against him. So, the need for more debates is dead, since he has done the same thing. However, if the committee does cancel the next two debates, he will say that Biden was scared and that everyone is conspiring against him. Miami ( the next debate) will be a Town Hall format.
