I don't get it. He looks no different than he usually does. The photo at OP is very grainy and he has an intense look on his face.

Bomer is nearly 43 now. He couldn't stay looking 25 forever.

Davis Schwimmer and Christian Slater have had frightening face lifts. Schwimmer lost the good looks he had . But he was aging into jowly bloodhound looks anyway. His face had fallen. Slater is getting the alien look. Men always look bad. Except for Cary Grant. His face was falling. Look at him in Indiscreet. Then look at his films after that. His face is much firmer.
