R6 FX ALWAYS does nudity. It's their thing. Maybe that's changed since Disney bought it, but at least it USED to be their thing. Before he took the Netflix deal they were the home of Ryan Murphy shows. So yes, there's a good chance we might get nudity.

I don't care about Twitter's views on pedophilia, the people on that app think everyone under the age of 30 is technically a child and can be "groomed". They equate age gaps with pedophilia, they tried to cancel a 28 year old for being in a relationship with a 25 year old.

R20 I think it is more along the lines that people think that only adult men can be predatory and that only women can be fragile and victimized. An older woman seducing or coercing a young guy is not taken anywhere close to as serious if the genders were revered. That said, high school teachers should not be sleeping with their students.

Also the term pedophilia is so loosely applied. Pedophilia is attraction to pre-pubescent children. Teenagers are not biological children, they are adolescents as in they are physically adult but are not fully developed emotionally. It's not uncommon at all for an adult to find teenagers attractive because they are sexually mature. Most countries have an age of consent at 16 but it's based around circumstances. In most developed countries, a teacher sleeping with a 16 year old student would be looked down upon heavily and easily get the teacher fired because it's an abuse of power dynamics.

The reason they don't typically cast actual teenagers in dramatic roles in The US is due to child labor laws and also the puritanism of The US public that sees teens as innocent babies in need of protection. Also the actor's parents may not be comfortable with the subject matter. Look at Skins from The UK which used actual teens and Degrassi from Canada which also used actual teens. That's rare in The US. Brooke Shields in the 1980s though was an exception, Natalie Portman and Dominique Swain in the 90s and most of the Larry Clark and Gus Van Sant films tried to cast real teens in dark twisted scenarios. Sitcoms usually have appropriate-aged kid and teen actors due to the relatively safe subject matter.

They should have cast either Margot Robbie or Jaime Pressley. It seems that almost every female teacher that gets caught doing this shit has a similar look or phenotype to those women.

So bizarre how there seemed to be a case of a predatory female teacher every other week during the last decade. And these were not all 17 year olds, some of the students were extremely young. I wonder if it is actually becoming more common or simply more publicized.

In the days of slavery and house servants, it was not unheard of for female masters to sexually exploit young boys out of frustration in their marriage and the boys had no choice but to agree out of fear of repercussions. Look at the story of Joseph in Genesis where Joseph is a servant to an Egyptian noble and the noble's wife tries seduce Joseph and when he rejects her, she accuses Joseph of rape.

Robinson looked too old to be playing a high schooler in Love, Simon and that was almost 3 years ago. I also remember hearing him say in interviews at the time he was done playing high schoolers after that. Guess the offers haven’t poured in.
