Greenwich CT
Worked there for a bit and found the place to be the most stuffy and pretentious city I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Men wearing pink button up shirts with sweaters wrapped around their necks, polo in the “backcountry,” and the power of a last name (families known throughout town by name/legacy). I worked on the peninsula in which Michael Skakal murdered Martha Moxley in the 70s (I was there in the 2000s though). Exclusive community with huge yards and a security guard to get in to the peninsula.
What do you all think of Greenwich?

It’s not what it was. Lots of McMansions on former estates - though there are still some great estates in back country. Honestly, lots of Westchester - like Bedford - is equally rich now. Greenwich has passed its prime.

It's meant to be a stuffy and pretentious suburb. That's a feature, not a big.

I've always preferred Darien and Norwalk. Wilton is nice, too.
