I’ve wondered why he looks so odd. Is it just a case where his parents’s features didn’t mesh well? Normally I think mixed-race children are really attractive, but not so here.

I think it’s because the top and bottom half of his face don’t match. If you hold your hand over his nose and eyes, the lower face looks female.

He's had his lips artificially plumped up as well as had tons of fillers injected into his face. And he has big thick Iranian eyebrows, but they've been obsessively manicured to the point that don't look natural. The result is that he evokes the Uncanny Valley--he looks almost human but not quite.

It looks like he's had a lot of fat or filler injected into his face, including his upper eyelids. His face no longer has angles. It looks like he did something to his upper lip. Not sure if it's fat/filler or surgery. The weird thing is that his nose looks bigger. Maybe it's fat to give the nose a softer appearance. All the softening makes his face look a lot more feminine than before.

Also, his hair looks much fuller in the "after" photo. Hmmm...

I know these fillers. There is a procedure my roommate did in January where they injected a small amount of filler all over her face in 10 strategically placed spots and it makes you look like a doll for awhile. Very strange until w weeks after.
