I think he's a good example of how to develop a persona; style without resorting to nose rings and tattoos. I think he's pretty cute, and I like shorties, although I think he's straight.

With the moustache, clothes, and body language in the OP photo, I can see he's going for the very fashion-forward "Spiv Hitler" look.

He's got a nice face now he's past the bad acne stage, and he's well built. I mostly like how he dresses, although he should pay more attention to his shortness in how he dresses. High waisted pants and big horizontal stripes only look good on tall men.
