The Wisconsin Supreme Court kept the Green Party’s presidential ticket off the ballot Monday, disappointing party members but ensuring more than a million absentee ballots will be mailed by Thursday as required by state law.

Looks like the only swing state Kanye qualified for is Minnesota. He qualified for the ballot in these twelve states according to Wikipedia: Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont.
